No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a service is completed.

In rare cases where a refund is granted, lash extensions must be removed before the refund is processed.

We do not offer free touch-ups for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the final result.
Final Work Policy
The artist’s work is considered final. Adjustments or alterations will not be made post-service unless booked as a paid appointment.
Client Relationship Boundaries
We reserve the right to decline future services if the client relationship is no longer a good fit.
